3F Properties of Louisiana, LLC was founded in 2005 by Carl and Nick Fanaro. Carl and Nick have been in the Real Estate investment business since 2002, where they began their careers in Tampa, Florida. Since then they have focused much of their time and effort learning everything possible about the real estate business. This has allowed them to help hundreds of homeowners over the years. 3F has done considerable work in the New Orleans area over the last 4 years, helping New Orleans rebuild after hurricane Katrina.
Carl holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of South Florida, as well as a Master's in Business Administration.
Nick has a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of South Florida.
